President Emmerson Mnangagwa has conferred a National Hero Status on the late Brigadier General Shadreck Vezha.
Brigadier General Vezha died on Tuesday alongside other three Zimbabwe Defence Forces officers after being involved in a road accident along the Harare-Bulawayo road.
The news of Brigadier General Vezha’s national hero status was announced by the Zanu Pf Politburo member, Cde Lovemore Matuke at the Vezha homestead in Chivi.
