Defending Champions, FC Platinum are refreshing their squad for another title challenge after offloading five players.
FC Platinum are continuing with the formula that has given them results and trophies in the past with new players on their way to Zvishavane.
According to information on their official website, the Platinum miners released seven players at the beginning of last season, but they went on to win their fourth league title.
This time, the Zvishavane-based side has released William Stima, Blessing Moyo, Nigel Makumbe, Onifade Abubakar and Evidence Tendayi.
33-year-old defender, William Stima and holding midfielder, Blessing Moyo are the biggest casualties after playing a big part last season.
Nigel Makumbe who at one point was one of the brightest prospects in Zimbabwean football failed to replicate his form on loan at Highlanders and was deemed surplus to requirements.
Coach Norman Mapeza has swiftly put up replacements after signing winger Jarison Selemani and defender Misheck Ngwenya.
25-year-old Selemani is a product of Aces Youth Academy and went on to play for Dynamos before moving to Cranborne Bullets while Ngwenya joins from Triangle.
Meanwhile, Dynamos are continuing with their spending spree after signing Arthur Musiyiwa from Bulawayo Chiefs and Tendayi Matindifie from Ngezi Platinum Stars.
