THREE suspected fraudsters who allegedly staged a car accident to claim insurance have appeared in court for swindling insurance companies of over US$90 000.
Henrick Dhonga (30), Lloyd Makuzva (45) and Reality Chuma 30 appeared before Harare magistrate, Dennis Mangosi this Monday facing charges of fraud.
The trio was remanded in custody to this Tuesday for bail application.
One of the accused, Dhonga was also found in possession of 11 stamps from various police stations which were allegedly used on accident confirmation documents.
