A 16-year-old girl from Harare’s Hatcliffe suburb has appeared in court on allegations of murder.
The Hatcliffe girl is alleged to have murdered her 35-year-old boyfriend Amos Mahere after a misunderstanding.
Allegations are that on November 2, at Jabavu Consortium in Hatcliffe, the two had a heated argument resulting in the accused stabbing the now-deceased on the chest using a kitchen knife.
Appearing before Harare Magistrate Denis Mangosi, the accused was not asked to plead and was advised to approach the High Court for her bail application.
She was remanded in custody until November 18.
