HERENTALS is targeting to beat giants Dynamos to build morale ahead of the Chibuku Super Cup final, as the two Harare teams meet in their penultimate match in the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League this Sunday.
The Students hope to use the big match against Dynamos to prepare for their Chibuku Super Cup final.
Herentals is set to take on Bulawayo Chiefs on November 19 in the final of the Chibuku Super Cup.
However, before that, the Harare-based club is hoping to build morale starting with the Dynamos match.
“The match is very important as we know that winnng against Dynamos will help boost our confidence ahead of a big match, the final, which is the first in our history and a match we are so determined to win,” said Herentals coach, Kumbirai Mutiwekuziva.
Godfrey Mukambi who once turned out for Dynamos will not be giving any favours.
“We are past Dynamos, they gave me a platform but now I am focused on making sure Herentals win,” he said.
The two sides have met each other five times in the league and they have an identical record having won two matches apiece and drawing once.
